The Earn Discount Program allows customers to earn discount credits by featuring their playlists on our website. By participating, you agree to the following terms:

Earning Credits: Discount credits are earned only when a valid, completed purchase is made by another customer on your featured playlist. Self-purchases or purchases made by the same household do not qualify. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes a qualifying purchase.

Refunds & Chargebacks: If an order that generated discount credit is refunded or charged back, the corresponding credit will be voided from your balance. If you have already used the credit, your balance may become negative and will be deducted from future earnings. Orders placed using promotional discount that are subsequently refunded will have the discount credit restored to the original earner's balance.

Playlist Approval: We reserve the right to decline or remove any playlist from the featured section at our sole discretion, without explanation. Playlists containing inappropriate, offensive, or promotional content may be rejected. Approval does not guarantee permanent featuring.

Content License: By submitting your playlist to the Earn Discount Program, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote your playlist, including its title, description, and associated image, on our website and in our commercial offerings. This includes, but is not limited to, featuring your playlist in curated selections offered to business customers and partners (B2B). This license remains in effect for as long as your playlist is part of the program. You may revoke this license at any time by requesting removal of your playlist from the program by contacting us, after which we will cease using your playlist in new commercial offerings within a reasonable timeframe.

Discount Usage: Discount credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. Credits are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder who earned them. Discount codes are personal and sharing or selling them is prohibited.

Program Changes: We reserve the right to modify the credit amount at any time. We may terminate or modify the Earn Discount Program at any time with or without notice. Existing credits at time of program termination will remain valid for 12 months.

Fraud Prevention: Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the program will result in immediate disqualification and voiding of all credits. This includes fake purchases, coordinated purchasing schemes, or creating multiple accounts.

Privacy: By participating, you agree to have your playlist title and description displayed publicly. Your personal information will never be shared publicly. You can request removal of your playlist from the featured section at any time by contacting us.

Expiration: Discount credits do not expire as long as your account remains active. Unused credits upon account deletion are forfeited.
