How the price is calculated

Two things decide the price of a deck: the format you choose and the number of songs in your playlist. The gift box, QRGames! and App Designer are optional extras with their own one-time price.

PDF

Whether it holds 20 songs or 500, a PDF deck of up to 500 cards costs $15.50. You print and cut the cards yourself. Larger decks, up to 3000 cards, are priced by the calculator.

Printed A4 sheets

We print your cards on double-sided A4 sheets, 12 cards per sheet, and ship them to you. You cut the cards out yourself. The price grows with the number of sheets and starts at $22.50.

Printed cards

Ready-to-play cards, cut and packed. A deck starts at $24.50 and the total grows with the number of cards while the price per card drops: a 500-card deck costs $78.50 (about $0.16 per card).

What is included

Every price above covers the whole deck. The only optional extras are the gift box, the QRGames! add-on and App Designer, all explained below.

Optional extras and shipping

Gift box

A foldable gift box with a window in the lid and your own insert card costs $8. One box holds up to 190 cards. When a deck needs two or more boxes, the price per box drops automatically.

QRGames!

Music Bingo, Music Trivia and Music Timeline on the same deck are a one-time add-on of $6 per playlist. You activate it from your account after the order, and the price per playlist drops when you activate two or more playlists at once.

App Designer

Give the free QRSong! app your own colours, photo, logo and help text. As soon as the first card of one of your playlists is scanned, the app switches to your design. A one-time upgrade of $10.50 on your account, for all your playlists, including the ones you buy later. You switch it on from your account.

How App Designer works

Shipping

Printed orders are printed and shipped from the Netherlands within 2 to 3 business days, worldwide. The shipping cost depends on the country and is shown at checkout before you pay. In the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, orders with two or more playlists ship for free.

PDF delivery

A PDF deck has no shipping cost. You receive a download link by email once the release years have been checked, within 24 hours and usually much faster.

How this compares with a Hitster box

A retail Hitster box is a fixed set of songs chosen by the publisher. A QRSong! deck is built from your own playlist, so you pay for the songs you actually want, in the size you want, and you can make a new deck whenever the old one gets too familiar. Questions about pricing

QRSong! is a service where you pay once and own your QR music cards forever. There are no recurring fees, monthly charges, or hidden subscription costs. The price of a deck depends on two things: whether you choose the digital PDF version or physical cards, and how many tracks are in your playlist. The gift box and the QRGames! add-on are optional extras, each with a one-time price. Once you purchase, your cards are yours to keep and use as many times as you want without any additional costs.
The complete deck: one card for every song in your playlist, with the QR code on the front and the artist, title and release year on the back. A PDF deck is a file you print yourself. Sheets and printed cards are printed in full colour on both sides and shipped to you. The free QRSong! app and your own card design are included with every format. There are three optional extras: the gift box, the QRGames! add-on that unlocks Music Bingo, Music Trivia and Music Timeline for a one-time fee per playlist, and App Designer, a one-time upgrade on your account that gives the free app your own colours, photo and logo as soon as the first card is scanned.
For printed cards and sheets, yes. The total grows with the number of cards, but the price per card drops as the deck gets bigger. A PDF has one price for any deck up to 500 cards, so adding songs costs nothing until that point.
Shipping depends on the destination country and is shown at checkout before you pay. In the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, orders with two or more playlists ship for free. A PDF deck has no shipping cost at all. The shipping information page lists costs and delivery times per country.
A single gift box costs $8.00. If your playlist needs multiple boxes, the per-box price drops automatically:

  • 1 box: $8.00
  • 2 boxes: $7.00 each (save 14%)
  • 3 boxes: $6.00 each (save 29%)
  • 4 boxes: $5.50 each (save 36%)
  • 5 or more boxes: $4.50 each (save 43%)

The discount applies per playlist in your cart. The exact total, including any savings, is always shown during checkout before you pay.
Yes. Every price on this page and at checkout includes VAT. Businesses with a valid EU VAT number can enter it at checkout, and VAT is then reverse charged on the invoice.
Prices are set in euros and shown in your local currency where we support it, converted from euros at a daily exchange rate. The currency switcher at the top of the page lets you pick another one. You pay in the currency shown at checkout.
Yes. From your account you can add extra tracks to an existing order in steps of 10 to 200 songs, up to the maximum deck size. You pay only for the extra cards. Printed cards and sheets are printed and shipped as an add-on to your existing order, and a PDF deck gets the new cards added to the file.
