QRSong! or Bopster: the short answer
Bopster and QRSong! both turn a Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Tidal or Deezer playlist into QR music cards, and both keep the answer hidden while you choose how much of a song plays, from a short clip to the whole song. The big differences are price and paper. Bopster is free, funded by ads and donations, and gives you a PDF to print and cut at home; it runs in the browser and has extra ways to play, such as everyone guessing on their own phone or playing on a TV through Chromecast. QRSong! is a one-time purchase per deck from a Dutch B.V.: it plays through its own free app for iPhone and Android, and besides the PDF it prints the cards on 350 gsm card and ships them worldwide, in a gift box of your own design if you like. For a free game at home, Bopster is hard to beat; for printed cards or a present, QRSong! is the better fit.

"Really super happy with the cards and their customer service!! After payment, you could still fully personalise the titles, artists + extra info yourself. You could even change songs in the Spotify playlist afterwards, as long as the total number stayed the same as what you paid for. Unfortunately, something went wrong for me when submitting the changes, so they weren't processed properly. But they responded incredibly helpfully by email and still adjusted everything manually. If you want to make your own Hitster, I would absolutely recommend ordering here. The price/quality/service ratio is really great!"
