Due to the nature of our digital and/or tailor-made products, we do not accept returns and do not offer refunds for any versions of our QR music cards. Once a product has been delivered, it is considered final and non-refundable.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a playlist because of printing mistakes, we are able to send you a digital replacement.
For gift cards, refunds may be possible if none of the credit has been used. Please contact us through the contact form to request a refund for an unused gift card.

QRSong! is designed to work optimally with Spotify Premium accounts. While our service is accessible to all Spotify users, certain features are limited based on your Spotify subscription level:
Spotify Premium Users: Full access to all QRSong! features, including hidden mode functionality and complete track playback.
Spotify Free Users: Limited to 30-second track previews with random playback. Hidden mode is not available for free Spotify accounts.
By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and accept these functional limitations. The inability to use hidden mode or the limitation to 30-second previews for Spotify Free accounts does not constitute grounds for refunds, returns, or exchanges. We strongly recommend using Spotify Premium for the best QRSong! experience.

10. Earn Discount Program
The Earn Discount Program allows customers to earn discount credits by featuring their playlists on our website. By participating, you agree to the following terms:
Earning Credits: Discount credits are earned only when a valid, completed purchase is made by another customer on your featured playlist. Self-purchases or purchases made by the same household do not qualify. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes a qualifying purchase.
Refunds & Chargebacks: If an order that generated discount credit is refunded or charged back, the corresponding credit will be voided from your balance. If you have already used the credit, your balance may become negative and will be deducted from future earnings. Orders placed using promotional discount that are subsequently refunded will have the discount credit restored to the original earner's balance.
Playlist Approval: We reserve the right to decline or remove any playlist from the featured section at our sole discretion, without explanation. Playlists containing inappropriate, offensive, or promotional content may be rejected. Approval does not guarantee permanent featuring.
Discount Usage: Discount credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. Credits are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder who earned them. Discount codes are personal and sharing or selling them is prohibited.
Program Changes: We reserve the right to modify the credit amount at any time. We may terminate or modify the Earn Discount Program at any time with or without notice. Existing credits at time of program termination will remain valid for 12 months.
Fraud Prevention: Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the program will result in immediate disqualification and voiding of all credits. This includes fake purchases, coordinated purchasing schemes, or creating multiple accounts.
Privacy: By participating, you agree to have your playlist title and description displayed publicly. Your personal information will never be shared publicly. You can request removal of your playlist from the featured section at any time by contacting us.
Expiration: Discount credits do not expire as long as your account remains active. Unused credits upon account deletion are forfeited.
