QRSong! or HitMaestro: the short answer
HitMaestro and QRSong! both sell a PDF of music cards made from your own playlist as a one-time purchase with no subscription, both keep the title and artist hidden until the card is flipped, and both serve businesses too. HitMaestro works with Spotify only, its website is in Dutch only, and it needs no app: a scan opens their web page, which plays a 30 second fragment, and the full song opens in Spotify. QRSong! works with Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Tidal and Deezer and plays through its own free app for iPhone and Android, where you hear the full song or a set number of seconds. QRSong! can also print the cards and ship them worldwide, in a gift box of your own design if you like. If you only use Spotify and want nothing to install, HitMaestro will do; for any other service, or for printed cards, QRSong! is the better fit.

"Really super happy with the cards and their customer service!! After payment, you could still fully personalise the titles, artists + extra info yourself. You could even change songs in the Spotify playlist afterwards, as long as the total number stayed the same as what you paid for. Unfortunately, something went wrong for me when submitting the changes, so they weren't processed properly. But they responded incredibly helpfully by email and still adjusted everything manually. If you want to make your own Hitster, I would absolutely recommend ordering here. The price/quality/service ratio is really great!"
